The report consista l of copies of Bechtel Nonconformance Reports, Quality Assurance Discrepancy Reports, Quality Audit Findings, all sheets from the Bechtel Nonconformance Report Log and Status Book which reflect open Bechtel NCR's, and Consumers Power Company Nonconformance Reports written or closed during the month.
