Dear Mr. Felton:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act and in accordance with 10 C.F.R. S9.4 (1979) , please make the following documents available to me for purposes of inspection and copying:

1. The construction permit issued by the Commission pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S50.35 (1979) with respect to the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Perry, Ohio, (the Plant) , together with any amendments thereto;

2. all reports, notices or other documents relating to any deficiency in the design or construction of the Plant and made to the Commission by the permit holder pursuant to 10 C.F.P- S50. 55 (e) (1979);

3. all reports, orders, correspondence, memoranda, or other documents relating to the revocation, suspension or modification of the construction permit for the Plant and made or issued by the Commission pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 550.100 (1979);

4. all reports, orders, correspondence, memoranda or other documents relating to the backfitting of the Plant and made or issued by the commission pursuant to 10 C.F.R.

S50.109 (a) (1979);

5. All information submitted to the commission by the permit holder pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S50.109 (c) (1979) concerning addition, elimination or modification of structures, systems or components at the Plant. .
