Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-440 Emergency Response Data System changes in accordance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix E, Section VI.3.a.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Attached are changes to the Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) Data Point Library (DPL) and the Communication Survey for the Perry Nuclear Power Plam. The DPL change consists of an update to page I which was previously submitted to the NRC in a letter dated May 4,1992 (PY-CEl/NRR-1487L), and updated l by letter dated December 2,1993 (PY-CEl/NRR-1722L). The other change consists of an update to page 8 of the Communication Survey, v,b>ch was previously submitted to the NRC in a letter dated October 22,1991 (PY-CE!/NRR-1401 L), and subsequently updated in a letter dated February 11,1994 (PY-CE!/NRR-1751L).

The changes to the Communication Survey are provided for information; the changes did not revise the l transmission Emnat or the computer communication protocol, as described in 10 CFR 50 Appendix E, Section VI.3.b. The changes have been identified by margin revision bars.
