Enclosed for filing please find the opposition of the City of Clyde, Ohio, to the Application of the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and the Toledo Edison Company to suspend the antitrust conditions in the Perry and Davis-Besse operating licenses.
Clyde's opposition is submitted pursuant to your notice of June 16, 1988 (53 Fed. Reg. 22589-22590).
