Dear Mr. Keppler:
In order to resolve the open issue relative to weld repair records which was addressed in Reference (a), General Electric Company issued Nonconformance Report (NCR) LSFW1-2 for the feedwater safe-end weld in question.
The resolution of that NCR documents the repair made to the root of that feedwater safe end (150 azimuth).
This documentation is available at LaSalle County Station for review by Region III.
