Dear Mr.Varga:

Mr. Vassallo's letter, reference 1, requested meteorological data on magnetic tape in a specified format which was provided by reference 2.

Telecon discussion with Mr. Dave Lynch, NRC, on November 17, 1978 in-dicated that the NRC staff has not been able to read the tapes pro-vided and requested that they be regenerated in accordance with guid-ance distributed in reference 3.

This letter transmits data tape numbers 3030 and 3048 (mailed separately) containing onsite meteorological data for the periods April 1974 through March 1975 and April 1975 through March 1976, respectively. These tapes have been reformatted according to reference 3. Also enclosed with the tapes are listings of the programs which copied the data to and listed the data from tape number 3030. The day files are attached to these in order to show the parameters specified on the RE(VEST and FILE cards of tape number 3030. A listing of data for tape number 3048 is enclosed.
