1. Completion of LRA Commitment 15 (submit a Reactor Vessel Internals Inspection Plan)

License renewal future Commitment 15 requires that FENOC submit a reactor vessel internals inspection plan prior to April 22, 2015. The inspection plan was submitted by FENOC letter dated April 21, 2015 (ML15113B132, ML15113B133, and ML15113B134).

LRA Table A-1, Davis-Besse License Renewal Commitments, license renewal future Commitment 15, is revised to state that the commitment is complete.

An investigation of the settlement of the intake canal embankment was performed in 2012 and 2013, and repairs to the embankment were performed during the Fall of 2014. The embankment has been restored to proper shape and slope in accordance with design standards.

LRA Table A-1, Davis-Besse License Renewal Commitments, license renewal future Commitment 48, is revised to state that the commitment is complete.
