$24.714 million for each reactor it is licensed to operate. Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp.
and Energy Harbor Nuclear Generation LLC maintain nuclear liability insurance procured through Marsh USA, Inc. for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2; Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1; and Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1 under the American Nuclear Insurer's (ANI) Master Policy-Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance (Secondary Financial Protection). This coverage includes a Bond of Payment of Retrospective Premiums and provides the basis for compliance with the provisions of 10 CFR 140.21(a). Marsh USA submitted a certificate of insurance evidencing this coverage to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) by letter dated January 19, 2024.
