5 Exit Interview The inspectors met with the licensee representatives indicated in i paragraph 1 at the conclusion of the inspection on October 23, 1987, to review the purpose and scope of the inspection and to present the findings. As compensatory action for the degraded VA barrier, the licensee had conducted a search of the upper level of the VA and com-i mitted to conduct a search, prior to restart, of the next lower level for unauthorized upper leve materials that could have been introduced from the Written material was not provided to the licensee by the inspectors during the inspectio .
