Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.73 and License Condition 2.G to Facility Operating Licenses NPF-10 and NPF-15 for Units 2 and 3, respectively, this submittal provides the 24-hour telephone report,14-day, Follow-up Report, and

. Licensee Event Report (LER) Number 84-041 (Docket No. 50-361) for apparent Fire Protection Program discrepancies. Since these occurrences involved

-shared systems between Units 2 and 3, a single LER for Unit 2 is enclosed in accordance with NUREG-1022.

As indicated in Reference -1, discrepancies have been discovered during our continuing review (see LER 84-001, Docket No. 50-361) associated with the updated Fire Hazards Analysis (FHA) (Reference 2). Two NCR's, additional examples of deficiencies reported previously in Reference 1, have been identified. Corrective actions, described in Reference 1, will be implemented.

The health and safety of plant personnel and the public were not affected by these discrepancies.
