The subject addendum is forwarded to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as prescribed in-the NRC approved August 1983 " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3."
The temporary change presented in the addendum was discussed telephonically with NRC Region V Headquarters (J. Durst (SCE), and L. Norderhaug [NRC-V]).

Two copies of the addendum have also been forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
The temporary change presented in the addendum does not decrease the p
safeguards effectiveness of this plan.

Information" and must be protected under 10 CFR 73.21.
