The subject addendums are forwarded to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as l
prescribed in the NRC approved August 1983
- Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Nucleir Generating Station, Units 1,2 and 3.'
The temporary changes presented in the addendums were discussed telephonically with NRC Region V lleadquarters (P. Champion [SCE), and Messrs. A. McQueen and D. Schaefer
[NRC V]). Two copies of the addendums base also been forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
The temporary changes presented in the addendums do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this plan. The addendums contain " Safeguards Information" and must be protected under 10 CFR 73.21.
