Docket No. 50-361 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 2 Physical Security Plan, Addendums 10-1B (09-02-89) and 10-1C (09-06-89)
The subject addendums are forwarded to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)- as prescribed in the NRC approved August 1983 " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Nuclear. Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3."
The temporary changes presented in these addendums were discussed telephonically with NRC Region V Headquarters (P. Champion [SCE], and D.
Schaefer [NRC-V]).
Two copies of these addendums have also been forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator,' NRC Region V.
The temporary changes presented in these addendums do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this plan.
The addendums contain " Safeguards Information" and must be protected under 10 CFR 73.21.
