This is to confirm the verbal report given at 1309 hours0.0152 days <br />0.364 hours <br />0.00216 weeks <br />4.980745e-4 months <br /> on February 11, 1983, to Mr. Eric Swanson of your staff, at which time he was advised that during a routine tour, the outlet v4.lve for .the Containment Spray Additive Tank was isolated.
Investigation of this event revealed that the tank was isolated during a surveillance test seven hours previously. The valve was subsequently sealed open.
Attached to this letter is the Licensee Event Report form and Supplement, giving the details of this event and corrective action taken. .According to Technical Specification 6.0, Administrative Controls, Section 6.9.1.8, Prompt Notification with Written Followup, the attached material constitutes a complete report of this event.
