Cook Nuclear Plant's proposed operator licensing examination requirements through the year 2003.
NRC Administrative Letter 99-03 requested, on a voluntary basis, information regarding examination schedule
- dates, estimated number of licensee prepared examinations, and the estimated number of applicants planning to take those examinations.
Enclosed is NRC Form 536, "Operator Licensing Examination Data," which provides the requested information.
