LER 315/99-S002-00, "Vulnerability in a Safeguard System That Could Allow Unauthorized or Undetected Access to the Protected Area".

The following commitments were identified in this submittal:

~ Compensatory measures will remain in place until the wall opening is conforming.

~ Modifications are being made to the wall opening to eliminate identified nonconforming conditions.

~ All security vital barriers are being walked down by an assessment team as part of the Restart Readiness Assessment Program.
