The purpose of this letter is to correct an omission to Appendix I, Non-Routine Reports section of the 1998 Annual Environmental Operating Report, which was transmitted with the referenced letter.

During a routine audit of the Environmental Protection Plan, it was identified that a spill from the heating boiler on August 1, 1998 had not been reported in the 1998 Annual Environmental Operating Report. A revised page is enclosed with the correction marked in the margin. Please replace page 2 of Appendix I with the corrected page.

This condition has been entered into the corrective action program.
