ANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 LER 96-003 During a Re-analysis of the High Energy Une Break, An Error was found in the Existing Analysis The Licensee Event Repc,rt for this occurrence is attached. An extension of the submittal due date to May 10,1996 was obtained from the NRC Resident inspector for this report. This report contains the following new NRC commitments:
Modifications will be performed such that the HELB of concem does not result in harsh environments for the 4kV switchgear, MCC-142 and MCC-143 areas.
