The NRC staff has reviewed the submittal and determined that l the changes are acceptable in that the quality assurance program continues to i meet the requirements of Appendix B of 10 CFR Part 50. A summary of the i staff's evaluation is enclosed. The effectiveness of your quality assurance  !
