Hatch Docket !!o. 50-366 April 13, 1981 HPCI IrlJECTIO:1 IfiTO REACTOR On 4-11-81 at 0625, folleging a reactor scram on low reactor water level due to loss of feeduater, liPCI auto initiated on low reactor water level and injected into the reactor vessel. HPCI was used to restore reactor water level to normal and then 33 cured manually.

As of the date of this report there have been eighteen (18) HPCI injections into the reacter vessel.
