NARRATIVE REPORT Unit 1 operated at rated thermal power for most of the month of September. The only exception was when

. Shift reduced LeJ to approximately 890 GMWe on 9/11/99 to perform turbine stop valve testing. The unit was returned to rated thermal power later that day.
