i HPCI INJECTION INTO REACTOR t
On 5/21/80 at approximately 0900 following a Reactor Scram HPCI auto initiated and injected.
HPCI was allowed to return the Reactor level to +58 inches. The MSIV's closed rendering the R.F.P.T. unavailable for injection.
.HPCI was then started manually and injected for level and pressure control.
On 7/11/80 at approximately 0440 following a Reactor Scram HPCI auto initiated and injected.
HPCI.was allowed to return the Reactor level to +58 inches.
The MSIV's closed rendering the R.F.P.T. unavailable for injection.
HPCI was then started manually and injected for level and pressure control.
As of the date of this report there have been (14) HPCI injections inte the Reactor Vessel.
