Personnel then removed one end of snubber F r o ta itn point of attachment and attempted to manually stroke the unubber; it would not stroke.
The snubber was then removed Pervir-nnd tchen to shop and placed on snubber test

There a force of up to 1500 pounde was applied to the enubber in both the EXTENDED and RETRACT directions (750 pound snubber) and the snubber did not acve.
This verified that the gnubber was "Incked up".
Sibsequent visun1 inspections and manual attempts to stroke othe: icechanical anubbers revealed that t h e.
following anubbers were also " locked up":
