The following actions are required for closure of this issue, but are not required prior to startup, because conformance to the design basis has been demonstrated.

1. Revise EQ Binders to incorporate the elevated temperatures, as referenced in i calculation QDC-0000-E-685 Rev. O, no later than September 30,1999.
2. Revise fifly-three Instrument Setpoint Calculations to incorporate the elevated RB temperature no later than December 31, 2001.
