In a letter dated June 10, 1994 the Quarterly self-Monitoring Reports for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant sanitary vaste system were forwarded to your office.
Recently you requested radioactivity analysis results be included in future reports. This information was inadvertently omitted from the most recent report. The following two isotopes were positively identified. After detailed investigation the source has been determined to be excreta from individuals undergoing medical diagnosis or therapy with radioactive materials.
