The Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) has been a Small Quantity Generator (SQG) of hazardous waste since 1996. The requirements set forth in 40CFR262.34 (A)(4),40 CFR265.53 and the Ohio Administrative Code Section 3745-65-53 apply to Large Quantity Generators.

Please be advised, that as a result of achieving SQG status, the PNPP Oil / Chemical Release Contingency Plan will not be routinely forwarded to your office.
