Per discussion between Louise Barton and Mr. Richard Magni, this is a request to update the Directors Final Findings and Orders for the use of Calgon H-130M and Cl-37. These chemicals are used for zebra mussel control at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant. Order 4 of the Final Findings and Orders calls for annual reports on research activities. This requirement was waived by Mr. Magni after submittal of the 1992 report.

Please delete this order from the updated Final Findings and Orders.
