. Gentlemen:
Enclosed are the Quarterly Self-Monitoring Reports for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant sanitary waste system for the months of September, October and Nosember. A!! required samples were collected in accordance with the self-monitoring program. High Oil and Grease content was discovered in a sample drawn October 8, resulting in one 4
violation during this quarter. Letter Number PY-CEl/LCDU-0051L, dated 11/11/98 addressed this issue.
Also included are the results from an isotopic analysis. No radioactive material was detected.
