l Gentlemen Enclosed are the Quarterly Self-Monitoring Reports for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant sanitary waste system for the months of September, October and l
November. All required samples were collected in accordance with the self-monitoring program.
The BOD analyzation for November was interrupted
[
due to power probletra during the November snowstorm.
Per a telephone conversation between yourself and Electro Analytical, resampling for BOD wasn't necessary. No violations occurred during this quarter.
Also included are the results from an isotopic analysis. No radioactive material was detected.
