The procedures being submitted are the following:

EP-102, Rev. 8 EP-137, Rev. 7 EP-103, Rev. 9 EP-242, Rev. 5 EP-104, Rev. 9 EP-314, Ecv. 1 EP-105, Rev. 9 EP-319, Rev. 2 EP-201, Rev. 4 EP-410, Rev. 3 EP-231, Rev. 8 Pursudnt to Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, it is hereby requested that the names and telephone numbers listed in procedures EP-102 Rev. 8, pages 7 ana 8; EP-103 Rev. 9, pages 2, 3, 10, 11, 12 and 13; EP-104 Rev. 3, pages 2, 3, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 1s; EP-105 Rev. 9, pagos 2, 3, 11, 12, 13, and 14; EP-201 Rev. 4, pages 18, 19 and 20; EP-41u Rev. 3, pages 14 and 15 be withhela from public disclosure. An aftidavit setting forth the grounds in support of this request is attached hereto.

The names and home telephone numbers in the Documents should be considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as confidential and proprietary information and be withheld from public disclosure on the grounds that disclosure of the names and home telephone numbers of the employees of the Company and emergency support personnel could constitute an unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of the individuals involved, disclosure of the work telephone numbers of the Company's employees and of the emergency response personnel and organizations could adversely affect the capability of prompt notification in the event of an emergency; such disclosure is not required in the public interest; and such disclosure could adversely affect the interests of the Company and its ability to effectively implement the notification requirements of the Emergency Plan Procedures. - - -
