Dear Mr. Subalusky

This' refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. J. Belanger of this office on January 13-17,

1997. The inspection included a revie v of authorized activities for your LaSalle facility.

The focus of this inspection was your Physical Security Program. For the areas inspected,

security plan commitments were met and no violations or deviations were identified.

Your security management team has taken several actions to improve communications and

performance throughout the entire security organization. Although the process is
