Dear Mr. Kingsley:

1 This letter refers to an investigation conducted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of investigations (01), in part, to determine if employment discrimination occurred after a contract worker raised radiation safety concerns about Commonwealth Edison Company's LaSalle County Station. Based on the evidence developed during the investigation, 01 could not substantiate the issue and this matter is closed. The synopsis from the Ol report of investigation is enclosed.
