LaSalle County Station, Units 1 & 2 Tech Spec 3.7.9 Snubbers Revised List for Table 3.7.9.2 NRC Docke t Nos. 50-373 and 50-374
Dear Mr. Schwencer:
The attached list o f LaSalle Uqit 1 snubbers is provided as the revision for table 3.7.9.2 o f Tech Spec 3.7.9. The revision acknowledges removal of those snubbers formerly installed near rigid supports which inhibited full snubber action in case of severe displacements. This list f or Unit 1 shows explicitly which snubbers were removed, as a matter of record. The table 3.7.9.2 in the Tech Spec shoulo simply delete these specific entries.
Also provided for a possible table 3.7.9.3 is a list o f Unit 2 snubbers on systems requirec for the operation o f Unit 1.
Again the explicit listing is provided, but the Tech Spec list of required Unit 2 snubbers is relatively brief (32 items).
These revisions should be incorporated into the latest Tech Spec for LaSalle.
