Dear Dr. Morris:

Your letter of July 14, 1971 requested further information concerning the performance of emergency core cooling systems following a loss of coolant accident in order to assist the Division of Reactor Licensing in evaluation of the nuclear steam supply systems proposed in this application.

Censumers Power Company hereby incorporates as part of our license application Babcock & Wilcox's Topical Report EAW-10034,

'hultinode Analysis of B&W's 2568 MWt Nuclear Plants During a Loss of Coolant Accident." This report, which was transmitted to you on October 29, 1971, supple =ents and extends the multinode evaluation of the less of coolant accidents previously presented in EAW-10015 and BAW-10015, Supplement 1, which we also hereby incorporate as part of our license application.

BAW-10034 presents an of the infor=ation requested in your July 14th letter except information concerning any changes to the Tech-nical Specifications fer the plant that might have been required as a result of the analyses. Although we were not required to submit Tech-nical Specifications as part of our application for a construction pe mit, the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report contains a fomat for proposed technical specifications which does not change as a result of these an-alyses. It may also be noted that no equipment changes are required as a result of the infor=ation in EAW-10034.
