The Seabrook Regional Assistance Committee (RAC) Chairman has reviewed Revision 3, which was issued on December 1,1989, and other reports provided by the State of New Hampshire.
                  - The enclosed, updated report was prepared by FDIA Region I and the RAC Chairman for Seabrook..

Of course, as before, the items contained in the report have been identified f rom the following sources: 1) The December 30, 1988, PID, 2) transcripts from the New Hampshire ASLB hearing process, and 3) stipulations agreed to as part of that hearing process. The status report does not address decisions of , the Licensing Bonrd or the Appeal Board subsequent to the Partial Initial Decision of December 30, 1988 (LBP-88-32). Also as before, the report contains a brief description of each item, its status and a comment.
