This is to transmit to the Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC),: two _ copiesof '
the Seabrook Station Radiological Faergency Response Plan for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. These copies were delivered to the Federal Faergency Management Agency (FEMA) by the Public Service Company' of New Hampshire, L as _
enclosures to a letter dated September 18, 1987, via the service list for the Seabrook Atomic Safety and Licensing Board hearing. As you know,' at the '
present' time, NRC has neither' requested FEMA-to review these documents nor discussed time schedules or other criteria for such a review. Thus, we are transmitting the copies to you for your disposition.
1 look forward to our meeting next week _on September 30, 1987, to discuss the issues mentioned in my letter to you dated September 2, 1987.
