l Enclosed please find a copy of FDR's responses to tle Massachusetts Attorney General's Interrogatories 5,6,9,17,18,19 ard 20 as amended pursuant to our agreenent.
As you know, FDR is not a " party" to these prhings. Consequently, j
the Agency does not have to respond to ~ interrogatories served under 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740b or produce documents pursuant to 10 C.T.R. S 2.741.
However, in order to facilitate the prMings, we have voluntarily I
responded to the interrogatories you have propounded.
