Plans For the Seabrook Nuclear Power Station This is to transmit to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) two copies of the Seabrook Station Radiological Emergency Response Plan for the Conconwealth of Massachusetts. These copies were delivered to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) by the Public Service Ccmpany of New Hampshire, via the service list for the Seabrook Atomic Safety and Licensing Board hearing.
O As you know, at the present time, NRC has neither requested FEMA to review these documents nor discussed time schedules or other criteria for such a review. 'Ihus, we are transmitting the copies to you for your disposition.
In the future, should the NRC wish to proceed with a review of these plans, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the parameters, time frames, etc., for such a review, before the formal request is made.
