- Station Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement 4.4.5.5a, a tabulation of the number of.

tubes plugged in each of two steam generators ("A" and "D") inspected during the sixth inservice i inspection.1The sixth inservice inspection was completed on April 20,1999.

The complete results of the sixth inservice inspection for steam generators "A" and "D" will be submitted prior to April 20,2000, pursuant to Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement 4.4.5.5b.
