.the-1988 FEMA graded exercise. This is an update to our-December 11, 1989, response.-

.In. the1 Decembe r 11,11989, report, one item (item iP5) was. listed as "open".

'The open-item concerned the revision of.the Traffic Management Manual-(TMM)"for

Seabrook, to resolve certain-iss'ues-related to the access control procedures.

Over: the: past ' year, the Seabrook RegionalLAssistance Committee (RAC) Chairman.

i has1provided; technical assistance in many areas related to offsite preparedness:

for-Seabrook.' One of the' areas in which he gave such c.caistance was-improve-ments to,the TMM.- He reviewed'an advance copy of the TMM,-which was released.

on December 20, 1989, and his report is-attached.- Based on this report,: FEMA now considers the item " closed".
