The applicant agreed to update the Nil Ductility ReferenceTemperature to calculate axial weld failure probability.OI # 3.0.3.3.2 Discussion

Based on the discussion with the applicant, the staff indicated that the responseto this OI requires amending and that the response to Audit item number 195 needs to berevisited. The applicant agreed to amend LRA commitment 45 to reflect more frequent testing of water if it continues to collect on the torus room floor and the applicant agreed to credit a different aging management program for small bore valve bodies. Audit Item #195Discussion: Based on the discussion with the applicant, the staff indicated that the LRAshould be amended to better reflect information relevant to Audit item number 195 regardingvalve bodies. The applicant agreed to credit a different aging management program for the management of reduction of fracture toughness in Class 1 small bore valve bodies made from CASS.
