Region I Ronald Albert.Chief Security Performance Evaluation Section Division of Nuclear Security Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response ACCESS TO SECURITY, RADIOLOGICAL, VITAL, AND PROTECTED AREAS OF THE PILGRIM NUCLEAR STATION Please forward the following information to Entergy Nuclear in connection with the force-on-force program exercise at the Pilgrim Nuclear Station, during the period of June 27, 2005, to July 22, 2005.
The NRC employees identified below have attended generic physical security and radiation protection in accordance with 10 CFR 19.12. The NRC employees' Q or L access authorization means he/she has been screened to the national level (including a criminal records check); no disqualifying offenses were noted.
The following NRC employee should be granted UNESCORTED ACCESS:

The following NRC employees should be granted ESCORTED ACCESS:
Badge Site Access Name Citizen Clearance Number Training N/A N/A The contractor personnel listed below are subject to and controlled by a Federally accepted program which meets or exceeds the requirements of 10 CFR 26 (Fitness For Duty Programs) and the NRC program for drug testing. We consider that for purposes of this inspection, the licensee does not have to audit our contractor's fitness-for-duty program nor provide these persons with fitness-for-duty training. If the licensee observes any aberrant behavior, the licensee should follow the same procedures as for NRC employees.
Further, the persons identified below have attended generic physical security and radiation protection in accordance with 10 CFR 19.12.
The U. S. Government Top Secret (TS) and Secret (S) security clearances mean they have been screened to the national level (including a criminal records check); no disqualifying offenses were noted.
