THE REORGANIZATION CREATES A SITE M ANAGEMENT OFFICE WHICH COMBINES THE MIDLAND CONSTRUCTION STAFF AND OPERATING PERSONNEL OF ENERGY SUPPLY I DEPARTMENT INTO A SINGLE ORGANIZATION TO BOTH COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION i QF THE PLANT AND, SUBSEQUENTLY, TEST AND OPERATE THE FACILITY. I DONALD B MILLER, CURRENTLY SITE MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES, WILL RETAIN THAT TITLE BUT WILL ASSUME MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL PHASES OF THE Pl10 JECT AT THE SITE AS HEAD OF THE SITE M ANAGEMENT OFFICE. SIMILAR RESPONSIBILITY WILL APPLY IN THE UTILITY"S HEADQUARTERS M AN AGE-MENT STRUCTURE. PRIOR TO FUEL LOAD C00K'WILL HAVE AUTHORITY FOR SITE ACTIVITIES WITH DE VITT PROVIDING STAFF GUIDANCE FOR OPERATIONAL ACTIV-ITIES.   • S:ptember 5, 1980 3 Consumers Pov;r Company The following organizational changes have been made within Consumers Power Company effective Abgust 1, 1980.
1. The position of General Superintendent - Nuclear Operations has been deleted and the position responsibilities transferred to the Director -

Nuclear Services.

2. A new position, the- Director - Nuclear Services, has been established.

The Nuclear Services Department is responsible for technical and adminis-trative services in support of the Company's operational nuclear plants.

The Director - Nuclear Services reports to the Vice . President - Nuclear Operations.

3 The Quality Assurance - Nuclear Operations Department nov' consists of staff sections for each plant and two sections in the General Office, namely Audits and Methods and Special Projects. Each Section reports to the Director, Quality Assurance - Nuclear. Operations. With the exception of the Midland Plant, the QC functions now report to the Quality Assurance organization.
