MONTH: JULY 1990 7/1 0000 1 Ur!t started month in MODE 1 performing Initial Startup Testing.

7/13 0619 Unit achieved 100% Reactor Power for first time.

7/26 0929 100% Loss of Load Test initiated reactor trip. Unit entered MODE 3. ' Started 1 planned outage to replace bellows on Containment Pressure instrument 1 PT-934.' Walver of Compliance to perform replacement in MODE 3 obtained.

1036 Flux Doubling actuation due to spike on Source Range Neutron Flux Channel j N32. Charging pump suction shifted to RWST. LER 90 019 to follow, q

1416 Unit experienced Safety injection on Low bisam Line Pressure when two Main Steam isolation Valves inadvertently opened due to improperly sequenced

- tagout/ removal from service of the valve. LER.90-020 to follow.

7/30 2157 Unit experienced Safety injection on Low Steam Line Pressure when Atmospheric Relieve Valve rapidly opened. Relief valve did not initially -

respond to operator's attempt to open for RCS Temperature Control, then

.._ valved stepped open. LER 90-021 to follow.

'7/31 2013 Unit entered MODE 4 cooling down to MODE 5 to review Safety injection events.
