l 02/14 0832 Loss of feedwater heaters followed by automatic turbine runback due to the unexpected opening of feedwater heater bypass valve 2 PV 2286 resulting from the closing of Gland Steam Condenser (GSD) condensate bypass flow control valve 2-FV-2243 upon the removal of an associated l
controller card for calibration. Following the turbine runback, unit l
stabilized at 871 electric power. As part of corrective measure, l
issued Instrumentation & Control procedure changes'to address precautions for shared card scenario, l
l 02/23-0152 Unit began end of cycle ramp down to start 2RF02.
i 0729 Turbine unexpectedly shed load. The reactor was manually tripped and the Unit entered refueling outage 2RF02.
