Dear Mr. Jones:

On November 1, 2005, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff of the Steam Generator Tube Integrity and Chemical Engineering Branch, Division of Component Integrity, participated in a conference call with the licensee (Duke Energy Nuclear, LLC) to discuss the scope, results, and status of steam generator tube inspections being conducted at that time, at Oconee 2 (Fall 2005 Refueling Outage). Enclosed please find 1) the NRCs Conference Call Summary, 2) the NRCs Inspection Discussion Points, 3) the Examination Status Report, and 4) the Indication Orientation Maps.
