2022 Evacuation Time Estimate Reports for Brunswick, Catawba, McGuire, Oconee, and H.B. Robinson
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission RA-22-0262 Page 2 Ladies and Gentlemen:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section IV, Paragraph 4, Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, and Duke Energy Progress, LLC (referred to collectively as Duke Energy) is providing the 2022 Evacuation Time Estimate (ETE) Reports for Brunswick Steam Electric Plant Units 1 and 2 (BNP), Catawba Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 (CNS), McGuire Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 (MNS), Oconee Nuclear Station Units 1, 2, and 3 (ONS), and H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant Unit 2 (RNP) to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The BNP, CNS, MNS, ONS, and RNP 2022 ETE Reports are provided in Enclosures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively.
This submittal contains no new regulatory commitments.
