Gentlemen:

The purpose of this letter is to submit corrections to the recently filed SUPPLEMENT TO JOINT INTERVENORS' REQUEST FOR DIRECTED CERTT"IT3'1' ION which was delivered to the Appeal Board on Jenaary 10, 1979 and mailed to parties of record on Jan2ary 11, 1979.

The last sentence in Footnote 14/, on Page 8, should appear 11;Jtead as the last sentence of Footnote 13/ of the same page. That sen:ence reads as follows:

In addition, the Joint Intervenors expressly refused to stipulate that the Trifunac and Luco documents, be brought into the record as a trade-off for calling the experts to testify.
