Freedom of Information Act Request Gentlemen:
This is a. follow-up to my Freedom of Information Act request No.87-174.
In the course of discussions with Linda Robinson, I agreed to narrow and refine the scope of that request in order to facilitate the NRC's search for records.
Accordingly, I hereby request the following records relating to Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and/or 2:

The attached letter dated December 9, 1977 from J.F.
Stols to J.C. Morrissey states that 'in accordance with our current policy for operating license review, prior to issuance of an operating license, the NRC staff's fire protection review must be completed and an appropriate implementation schedule specified for any fire protection improvements that may be required.'
Please provide any records that docurent:, constitute, embody, describe or set forth the " current policy" mentioned in the letter.
