("Intervenors") with the Appeal Board in the above-entitled g
proceeding.
We are filing this Application for Stay concurrently with you in order to provide you an opportunity to act on the stay before we seek judicial relief.
y This Thursday, June 19, 1986, Intervenors will apply to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for an emergency stay of the license amendments pending appeal.
We therefore request that the y
Commission act on this Application for Stay no later than close of business, Wednesday, June 18, 1986.
In the event that the Commission votes to. deny the stay application, the Intervenors respectfully request a limited stay of one week to permit
